JESSICA ARONOFF
BIO:
Born and raised in New York, Jessica began dancing at age 3 in her combo ballet/tap dance class. Always loving to keep busy, she dabbled in soccer, saxophone, art, and gymnastics, but one activity began to overwhelm her life and it made her happier than anything...DANCE!
Jessica has trained at various studios throughout Westchester county and New York City, studying ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, musical theater, lyrical, modern, improvisation and hip-hop. She began competing at the age of 6 and fell in love with performing. Jessica traveled the competition and convention circuit throughout her youth winning numerous high scores, titles, and scholarships both regionally and nationally. Wanting to further her dance education and immerse herself in the larger dance community, Jessica went on to attend New York University's Tisch School of the Arts after graduating High School with a 4.0 GPA.
Jessica graduated with honors from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with her BFA in Dance. She currently resides in New York City where she is enjoying life as a freelance dancer, dance teacher, fit model, fitness instructor, personal trainer, and choreographer.
Jessica has performed works by Marguerite Derricks, Ryan Heffington, Danielle Polanco, Brian Thomas, Rachelle Rak, Adam Cates, Derek Mitchell, Gus Solomons Jr., Naomi Goldberg, Patricia Hoffbauer, Cara Goodwin, JT Horenstein, David Dorfman, and Larry Keigwin. She has had the privilege to perform at Fashion Week, Lincoln Center, Danspace at St. Marks Church, Disneyland, the Skirball Center, Six Flags Great Adventure, the Highline Ballroom, Dixon Place, Knotts Berry Farms, Alvin Ailey, a TedX event, and Symphony Space. Jessica was Dance Captain in the Off-Broadway show "The Portal" at Minetta Lane Theater. She has been in an Android Pay commerical, Tribecca Film Festival promotional, and Stelle Audio advertisement featuring Paula Abdul. Jessica has been in campaigns for B&H Video, First Aid Beauty, Shiseido, Walmart, and Agent Provocateur. Jessica is a featured dancer in Season 1 of Amy Sherman-Palladino's "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" and Jordan Galland's thriller "Ava's Possessions". Jessica is a dance, fitness wear, and lingerie fit model.
Jessica is also a NASM certified fitness professional and dance teacher. Jessica is proficient in both personal training and group fitness classes teaching rebounding, sculpt, stretch, dance cardio, strength, hiit, and cardio classes. She is currently the head trainer at the ness, a dance-based, movement focused fitness method that offers workouts both on and off the trampoline in studio and online.
